5×5 workout

So the internet has been out at our house for a few days now. And the cable isn’t really working. And I’ve used all my phone data. So now I finally know what it feels like to live during the Middle Ages. I feel so disconnected!! Actually, that’s untrue. I’ve been focusing on reading and writing and getting some chores done. It’s amazing what can happen when you DISCONNECT from electronics and internet–the world just opens up!

Anyway, here’s a fun workout for you to try while you are disconnected or just needing a little inspiration. 5×5: 5 rounds of 5 exercises as fast as possible (don’t forget to warm up first!)
