Get out of your rut and change your fitness routine. If you continue to do the same thing, you will always get the same results. If you want progress, make change. Take the class you’ve always wanted to go to. Meet with a trainer for some new moves. Download an app that will jump start your fitness. Set your alarm for early morning workouts instead of after work. Whatever it is you need to do to change it up, do it!
