Mini Circuit Madness
March Madness is almost complete and I was inspired by the tournament to create this mini circuit madness! Complete all of some of these mini circuits or add them to your regular workout. Move through them with purpose and focus on form. There aren’t many reps per exercise so you can move through the circuits quickly. Always remember: FORM is key to building strength!
Adjust weights and modify as necessary. Start with a lower weight to practice correct form and add weight if desired. Be safe and smart with each movement!
