Core Strength and Stability
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen some of my Friday morning stories that include a new circuit each week. It varies in movement, equipment, and focus. Last week’s focus was on core and stability exercises. These are simple and slow but they are great to do everyday or include them in your pre-workout warm up. I decided to post this video to demonstrate the exercises listed in the workout (apologies for my amateur film quality).
A strong core and good stability are the foundation to strength and functional movement. These simple moves will make all of your other strength and conditioning that much better!
