I love when my husband asks me to write a quick workout for him. I try not to be the nagging wife but I always gently insist on him adding some strength training to his running routine. So when he asked me to write him a quick upper body circuit to do at home I tried to hide my excitement!
Here is the speedy workout I wrote for him. Do it when you are short on time or add it to your regularly schedule workout. All you need are a set of dumbbells or a resistance band!
